Advertisements On Line Duration

Property advertisements will be displayed for one year after their purchase date. However Holiday-Seek.eu will not be responsible for any mis-functioning of the ISP hosting the site, which may cause it to go temporarily offline.

Content Restrictions

Holiday property advertisements may not contain any illegal or adult content such as pornography, warez, hacking, hate content, gambling or other unrelated holiday content.

Data Changes

Holiday-Seek.eu generally does not change the information submitted by buyers, so be sure that it is correct and that you've fully checked any links and spelling.

Content Changes

If at any time the content of a site submitted to Holiday-Seek.eu changes and is found to be inappropriate in respect of the above mentioned content restrictions clause, the property thumbnail image and all associated data will be removed with no refund.

Purchase Agreement

You as the buyer agree to be bound by the above stipulations and restrictions. You agree to indemnify Holiday-Seek.eu,its sponsors and associates from any and all damages or legal issues resulting from purchasing any property advert on this site.

We do not guarantee any traffic or search engine placement as a result of advertising a property on this page, however we will submit the advertised properties to the rss feed engines and search engines on a monthly basis.

All purchases of property adverts at Holiday-Seek.eu are NON-REFUNDABLE. All sales are final! We reserve the right to refund payments for suggested advertisement content which we do not accept.
